Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of class 5-8 Diesel Trucks.
• Utilize your expertise and experience to diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all relevant safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as parts and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to technicians, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic license
• Extensive experience in the heavy-duty truck repair trade, with a focus on class 5-8 Diesel Trucks.
• Proven track record as a Shop Foreman, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a thorough understanding of repair and maintenance procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
