Red Seal Licensed Sprinkler Fitters will inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair a variety of water and air-based and speciality sprinkler systems.
SPRINKLER FITTER JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Red Seal IP Sprinkler Fitter License
- Registered Fire Protection Technician (RFPT) Certification OR willing to obtain
- Backflow Ticket considered an asset
- ASTTBC Stamps that could include: AL, EM, EX, WA etc. If you're looking to obtain additional certification, the company will pay for all your courses
- Knowledgeable of provincial building & fire codes for inspection purposes
- Able to lift up to 40lbs and comfortable working in sometimes difficult positions or heights
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
Successfully hired Journeyman/Journeywoman Sprinkler Technicians must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving).
Compensation
- $35.00 - $45.00/hour
