We have an immediate opening for a Service Manager in Franklin, MA with a busy Diesel Truck Repair shop. This role will have the support of an assistant manager and will be responsible for a team of 10+ Technicians over 3 shifts. Key goals of this position are to ensure the shop runs safely and efficiently and customers are well taken care of. The majority of repairs will be on Customer Fleets of Trucks and Trailers including refrigerated trailers.
The ideal candidate will have a background as a technician as well as leadership and supervisory experience. Those with a background as a Service Advisor or similar type of position are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000/year plus bonus and benefits
