Service Manager
An experienced Service Manager is needed for our shop in Miami, Florida. We are an OEM parts, sales, and service dealer for refrigerated truck and trailer products. Our operation has been dominating the Sunshine State for over two decades.
Compensation:
- Up to $95,000/year to start
- Annual Bonus

Duties:
- Engage your diesel/reefer technicians, maintain good morale among your team including Service Writers, and keep your customers engaged
- Prioritize and assign reefer and APU repairs to meet customers’ needs
- Hire, train, and mentor junior technicians and Service Writers
- Lead technicians to achieve maximum productivity & efficiency
- Lead improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control
Experience needed:
- 3 years as a Service Manager in a transport refrigeration dealership
- Strong diesel repair background (10+ years)
- EPA 608 and 609 license
- A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and follow-up
