All About Jacko
Jackson Morley “Jacko 500” is a Canadian Go Kart Racer who is chasing down his dreams. His first season of racing was in 2020 where he competed in the Arrive and Drive racing league at Canadian Mini Indy in Hamilton. He won the series championship, was awarded Jr. Driver of the year and earned a Scholarship to move up to the Hamilton Regional Kart Club.
In 2021 Jackson competed in the Briggs and Stratton Cadet Class. He quickly made a name for himself winning the Canadian Karting News “Dash For Cash” and earning a spot with one of Canada’s elite racing teams. He represented Prime Power Team throughout the Moto Master Ron Fellows Karting Championship and at the Canadian National Championship, finishing 2nd and 5th.
In 2022 Jackson took on new challenges racing in 2 classes. He moved up in Briggs from Cadet to Jr. Lite and also started racing 2 Stroke in the Vortex Mini ROK Division. It was a very successful season on both fronts with multiple podiums. He finished the year as HRKC Club Champion for Mini ROK and Vice Champion in Briggs Jr. Lite.
Jackson also finished Vice Champion in Mini ROK at the 2022 Canadian National Karting Championship and finished 3rd in the Moto-Master Ron Fellows Karting Championship.
2023 was Jackson’s most successful year in karting winning the Canadian National Title in both Mini ROK and Rotax Mini Max. 2024 will see Jackson moving up to the JR. Category full time. The future is looking bright for Jackson, his goal is to continue progressing up the racing ladder, challenging new classes, and constantly working on his craft.
He is proud to race for the Prime Powerteam, they are an elite race team in Ontario and provide amazing coaching, kart setup, and tuning to ensure we are always at our best.
Jackson races a Birel Art Chassis, and relies on PRO for his 4 stroke engines and trusts his 2 Stroke engines with A-M Engines.
