In business for 30 years, a well-established residential and commercial HVAC organization is immediately looking to hire a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager for their office in Oakville, ON.

The HVAC Branch Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall profitability and growth of the branch (i.e., networking, sales initiatives, etc.); completing site and project visits for quality assurance and assistance with any troubleshooting/commissioning issues; creates quotes/spec's and estimates; provide ongoing coaching, training, mentoring to HVAC Technicians & Installers and complete performance reviews; assist with customer relations and resolve any client issues; review reports/contracts and monitor project scopes and goals; lead weekly meetings and provide monthly labour forecast; other related duties as required.
BRANCH MANAGER JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- At least two (2) years supervisory/management experience in the HVAC industry
- At least five (5) years residential/commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation experience
- 308A Sheet Metal and/or 313A/D Refrigeration Mechanic Journeyman, G1 or G2 Gas Fitter Certification considered a strong asset
- Familiar with reading and analyzing P&L reports
- Valid "G" driver’s license and clean driving record
The successfully hired commercial HVAC Branch Manager must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving).
Compensation
