Working Shop Manager

New opportunity for a Hands-On Shop Manager in the greater Cincinnati area. This position is responsible for overseeing a small team of diesel mechanics and the maintenance to a fleet of tractor trailers. We are seeking a leader with the ability to implement efficient scheduling, while spending the majority of your time on the shop floor troubleshooting, diagnosing, engaging your team, providing direction, and remaining hands-on with repair. Administrative support will be provided for parts ordering, purchase orders & vendor management. We are seeking previous Management experience from fleet outfits, dealer shops, or independent diesel repair facilities. Shop Foreman, Supervisors and Lead Mechanics are encouraged to apply.
