As a Heavy Equipment Warranty Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for completing and processing heavy equipment, drills, and crane manufacturers warranties and returns and ensuring warranty processes and procedures are followed; service invoicing; follow-up; record keeping; communicate with the parts and service department to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and verify claims and charges applied by technicians are accurate; administrative support to the service department.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years warranty experience from the Heavy Equipment, Construction, Agriculture, Trucking, or Automotive industry
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid “G” driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
- $50,000.00 - $70,000.00/year
- Comprehensive Benefit Package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Health, Vision, Life Insurance)
