Shop Foreman - Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Our busy construction company in Spokane, WA has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman in their Maintenance Shop. This role will be reporting to the Equipment Manager and will be responsible for a team of Heavy Equipment Mechanics. Key duties will be ensuring repairs are done correctly, safely and efficiently. We have a large fleet of Heavy Duty Equipment including loaders, skid steers and paving machinery and we need a strong leader who can ensure that maintenance is kept up to date. Those who have previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician will be given preference although it is not a requirement.
