Service Advisor

We are looking for an experience Service Advisor to join a growing operation in Saint Paul, MN. The ideal advisor will have 2 - 5 years experience working in a fleet or dealership setting.
Qualification:
- 2 + years of professional experience working as an automotive service advisor.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
- Great Ability to Communicate Professionally with Customers Face to Face, Over the Phone and via e-mail.
- Must have Exceptional Attention to Detail.
- Above Average Customer Service Oriented Attitude.
- Must be Competent in Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Open and manage all work orders
- Communicate between customers and technicians regarding, vehicle issues, repairs needed, provide updates on the status of vehicle repairs.
- Maintain records, invoices, and other documentations, and process payments.
Compensation
$22.00 - $24.00/hr plus commission. Wage may vary based on experience, certification and qualification.

Shifts
Day shift, 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday and some Saturdays 7:00am - 4:00pm.
