Duties:

• Greeting clients and pointing them in the direction of available mechanics

• Speaking with mechanics to determine what repairs are necessary and whether there are any less expensive options.
• Making use of your product and service expertise to sell or thoroughly enlighten clients about the range of parts and service alternatives available.
• Calculating the price and duration of a variety of repairs.
• Greeting clients and learning about their needs
• Responding to customer inquiries over the phone or in person.

Requirements:

•    Relevant experience in the automotive industry

•    Broad understanding of the automotive industry and its elements

•    Proven abilities in interpersonal communication

•    Capability of educating visitors unfamiliar with terminology used in the industry on complicated automotive concepts

•    A compassionate and understanding attitude

•    Ability to think critically and solve problems
