Reefer Mechanic

Are you an experienced Refrigeration Technician that's looking for a change or looking for a better opportunity? If you are, this might be the Job opportunity for you! A well-established shop in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area is looking to hire Several Experienced Reefer Mechanics. The ideal Mechanic should have a minimum of 4 years experience preferably repairing Carrier refrigeration units. Technicians with dealership experience will be given preference.
Requirements
- Performed inspection and maintenance on complex refrigeration units
- Perform electrical repairs, component replacements or rebuilds
- Able to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagram
- Maintained repair orders and documentations
Qualifications
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Should have 608/609 certification or will to obtain them once hired
- Attention to details
- Must have your own set of tools

Compensation
$20 - $30/hour, Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision and 401k)
Shifts
Days 9:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday – Friday). Should be flexible to work OT and be on call.
