Plant Manager

A management company specializing in the construction industry is looking for Plant Manager experienced with maintenance of ready-mix concrete plants for their location in Otay Mesa.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving, safety, and customer service and inventory control.
• Manage all employees of the department and is responsible for their performance management.

• Coordinate plant activities through the planning or driver scheduling to insure manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production, quality and safety standards.
• Develop and control profits, plans, and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years Plant/General Management experience in the construction or concrete Industry
• Valid Drivers license
