Millwright - Travelling

We have new opportunities for Millwrights in the USA that will be taking on a traveling role. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity that involves a lot of travel. We work on jobs throughout the USA usually 1-2 weeks at a time. A typical schedule will involve 10 days on and 4 days off or 21 days on 7 days off. All travel expenses are covered as well as a per diem to cover your hotel costs and meals. Due to the shift schedule and nature of work our team is averaging 10-20 hours of overtime (time and a half) per week!

Millwrights can live anywhere in the country! We will dispatch you to the job from your home location. If it is not too far away from where you live you can drive to the job site and we will pay mileage if it is further away, we will fly you to the job site.

We have openings for Industrial Mechanics, Maintenance Technicians, and Millwrights of all experience and skill levels from Entry Level to Foreman. We will also provide extensive training and are happy to quickly promote you up throughout your career. We do a lot of work on Conveyors but also take on all manner of industrial machinery repair and installation in a variety of industries including Agriculture, Manufacturing, and others.

Technical skills are important but we can also provide training to ensure you are the best at what you do. The most important skill for us is the personal skills. We understand that a role like this, being on the road for most of the year, you have to be able to get along with your co-workers so we work very hard to ensure we have the right personalities on the team.
