Maintenance Mechanic - Multiple Shifts Available

A long-standing, family-owned food manufacturing organization that has been in business for nearly 100 years and continues to rapidly expand, is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for their plant in Addison, IL.

Plant Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in plant machinery including but not limited to, conveyors, labelling/packaging equipment, mixers, fryers, spiral towers, palletizers, etc.; and PLC programs (i.e. Siemens, Allen Bradley).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3 – 5 years maintenance mechanic repair experience, preferably from a food manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
• Welding experience (i.e. MIG) and fabrication skills
• Own tools (standard/metric)
• Valid driver’s license

SHIFT: Afternoon or Nights, 5 Days. OT after 40 hours.
Afternoons,  2:00pm - 10:30pm
Nights, 10:00pm - 6:30am

COMPENSATION:

• $28.00 - $35.00/hour + $0.40/hour shift premium,
