We have a new opening available for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take on a challenging role. This position will be responsible for decommissioning equipment from a sand Mine/Plant in Wisconsin and recommissioning the equipment at a brand new facility in Carrizo Springs Texas. Once the new plant and mine are set up, this role will then be responsible for managing the maintenance team and keeping the plant running at peak performance.
We need an organized individual that is able to take on a leadership role and uphold the Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices that are already established. This role is working with a large and growing company that is opening a new site. This is a great opportunity to build a facility from the start the right way and really grow your career.
Those who have previous experience in a full commissioning cycle will be given preference but it is not a requirement.

Compensation
$120,000 - $140,000/year plus bonus and benefits.
Shifts
Must be flexible, this is a 24/7 operation. There is a lot of support provided but the Maintenance Manager could be on called upon outside of their normal working hours.
