Lead Hand Mechanic - Afternoons

We have an immediate opening for a Lead Hand Mechanic in Greely, ON. This shift is 4x10hrs afternoons. You will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the day to day operations within the Service Team, ensuring that all Technician are working safely and in alignment with established procedures. The Lead Hand will oversee all repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics performed on company and customer equipment including Vac Trucks, Sweeper Trucks, Refuse Equipment, Tractors, Snow Equipment and more.

Qualifications:

•Must have a 310T Truck and Coach Technician license

•Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic

•Strong mechanical abilities including hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Knowledge of health and safety regulations

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

•Valid drivers license and clean driving record
