Field Service Technicians will work out of a well-equipped service truck and Shop HET's will work in a clean and organized shop to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a variety of construction, demolition, forestry and material handling equipment. This includes but is not limited to excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, drills, cranes, motor graders, etc.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· 421A Heavy Equipment Mechanic License OR Registered 5th Year Apprentice

· 3-5 years heavy equipment repair experience with construction, mining, forestry, and/or agriculture equipment

· Own tools

· Valid “G” driver’s license and clean driving record

COMPENSATION:

· $30.00 - $40.00/hour+++

· Comprehensive Benefit Package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Health, Vision, Life Insurance)

· $850 Annual Tool Allowance

· $200 Annual Safety Boot Allowance

· Ongoing Paid Factory Training

· Overtime paid after 8.5 hours each day

· Field Service Technicians: Service Truck to Take Home + Fuel Card + Cell + Laptop + 407 card + Paid Door-Door

· Company Provided & Cleaned Uniforms

SHIFT: Days, Monday – Friday. Plenty of OT available. NO On-call.

All hired Shop and Field Service Techs must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving)
