Heavy Duty Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on various types of heavy duty trucks and equipment.
• Work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems to prevent future breakdowns.
• Utilize your expertise to perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, hydraulics, and more.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Mechanic certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on heavy duty trucks and equipment.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have your own set of tools.
