 As a Field HET Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll primarily be responsible for the service activities in a specific area coordinating and dispatching 6-10 Field Heavy Equipment Mechanics to their respective job sites. Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring HD Technician response and job times
• Monitoring service trucks for safety and proper maintenance
• Opening work orders with all required information (i.e. customer information, machine information, etc.) and ensure all customers accounts are in good standing prior to dispatching Mechanics
• Reviewing Field Technician service reports and work orders for accuracy (i.e. time and travel time, parts, proper job code, etc.)
• Reviewing warranty work orders are filled in accurately
• Acting as a liaison between Field Service Department and Customers; and communicate with Service Manager with any customer or work order issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous service dispatch experience from the Heavy Equipment or Truck industry
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills
