Equipment Manager

A leading All Season Resort operating in the hospitality, leisure and recreational facilities is seeking an experienced hands-on Equipment Manager for their recreational grounds located in Innisfil, ON.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

Troubleshooting and repair of all light and heavy equipment including hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical.
Experienced in cutting unit maintenance, spin grinding and daily mower setup
Hands-on knowledge of repair, maintenance and operation of internal combustion engines and mowing equipment.
Experience with welding and fabrication.
Basic knowledge of turfgrass physiology
Recent depth of powered equipment repairs with newer tech in the turf maintenance industry

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Equipment Manager
Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
Own Tools required

Compensation

$75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.

Shifts

Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts.

Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
