Diesel Mechanic - Trucks & Trailers

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for all things diesel? Do you enjoy tinkering, troubleshooting, and reviving roaring engines? Look no further, because we have an exciting opportunity just for you! We are seeking a talented Diesel Truck and Trailer Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Kenosha, WI. As an independent technician, you'll be responsible for working your magic on our fleet of over-the-road tractors and trailers. While we don't have a shop just yet, you'll have the freedom to showcase your expertise in our yard until a shop is built in a year. This position includes a potential promotion to a supervisor or management position when the shop is built out. A company truck is also provided for you to chase down any parts needed. You will also have the resources to send out work to an outside vendor if needed. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Kenosha, WI, with its lakeside views and charming community.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing the following systems: diesel, electrical, air conditioning, heating, steering and suspensions.
• Able to perform front-end alignment and replace clutches, differentials, brakes, suspension parts and other components
• DOT preventative maintenance
