Chassis Mechanic

We are seeking Several Experienced Chassis Mechanics to maintain and repair trailer chassis in our St. Louis repair facility. The ideal Mechanic should have previous experience performing repairs and maintenance on trailer chassis.
Responsibility
- Install brakes, pneumatic and hydraulic system components.
- Weld and fabricate materials.
- Install electrical wiring harnesses, brake, and taillights.
- Perform modifications and repairs to damage chassis, and trailers.
- perform repairs on frames.
- Maintaining work orders.
- Perform DOT inspections.
Requirement:
- Must have your own tools.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet repair deadlines.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Compensation
- $19.00 – 22.00/hourly, wage range varies based on experience, certification and qualification.
- Benefits package available after 90 days and includes Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, 401k, 9 paid holiday and vacation.
Shifts
Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
