Automotive Specialist - Tech Support

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Service Technician who is looking for an opportunity to get off the tools. This is a tech support role that will be responsible for fielding calls from customers to assist them with diagnostics, particularly explaining fault codes. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a bumper to bumper Automotive technician and be comfortable and familiar with the operation of scan tools, reading and interpreting fault code information, and communicating this information to the customer.

Those with customer service experience or service advisor experience will be strongly considered. The head office for this opportunity is in Atlanta but we will consider candidates from across the country as this is a job that can be done remotely. Hours of operation are somewhat flexible with coverage required up to 8:00pm Eastern Time with some weekend work required.

Those with Diesel, Hybrid or Electric Vehicle experience will be given preference but it is not a requirement.
