In early 2023 we were approached by a mid sized transportation company with multiple locations throughout the Southeastern United States. They had grown faster than had expected but their progress was being halted by a lack of qualified mechanics at many of their service centers.
Within a matter of 6 months, Rockstar helped them fully staff over 10 locations with an over 80% success rate.
Since that point we have continued our partnership and recruit for them on an as needed basis assisting primarily with Diesel Technician recruitment but also assisting with Serivce Managers, Supervisors and Maintenance coordinators.

When a European based company was awarded an American contract to convert commercial Diesel busses to Hybrid Electric they needed to act fast to find the right staff. They contacted Rockstar and within weeks of taking on the search we had located them both their Technical Manager and Lead Technician. Without the right staff in place there was no way they would have been able to fulfill this contract and expand their business into the USA.

Finding good staff in remote mining communities is always tough and this was the case for a large Open Pit mine in Northern British Columbia. They needed to staff up on all shifts and required several technical and leadership roles. Over the course of 3 months Rockstar was able to assist in filling many vacancies to ensure the mine was able to operate efficiently and safely.

In one of our more interesting roles, we were approached by a Tech company who had developed a diagnostic scan tool for the everyday person. The tool worked incredibly well but they needed help marketing and supporting the device. They contacted Rockstar to help them find individuals with a background as an Automotive Service Technician who could transition to other roles. We helped them find their Automotive Manager who then when about setting up a Tech Hotline. Rockstar then recruited technicians to operate the Tech Hotline and also placed a former technician with a background in journalism to take on a role as content creator. We continue to partner with them as they continue to grow.

One of the United States largest Marine Service Centers was having a problem keeping up with the workload at several of their locations. The problem being that there are not nearly enough qualified Marine Mechanics and all the good ones are currently employed.
