We recruit on the service and install side, including HVAC Service Technicians, Installers, Gas Technicians, Dispatchers, Service/Install Managers, Inspectors, Trainers, Coordinators, Warranty/Admin support, and related operational roles. We generally do not focus on sales-only positions.
Do you recruit for residential and commercial HVAC?
Yes. We support residential, light commercial, and commercial/industrial service and install teams. Tell us what you work on (RTUs, boilers, refrigeration, hydronics, ductless, new construction, service agreements, etc.) and we’ll target the right talent.
What areas do you cover?
We recruit across Canada and the United States. Whether you’re hiring for one location or multiple branches, we can run a search locally, regionally, or nationwide depending on your needs and relocation options.
How fast can you send qualified HVAC candidates?
Timelines vary by market, requirements, and compensation. In many searches, we can present vetted candidates quickly once we have a clear intake call (role, schedule, pay structure, truck/tools, on-call, certifications, and must-have experience).
Do you verify licenses and certifications?
We screen for the credentials that matter in your region and role (for example: gas tickets, refrigeration tickets, EPA 608 where applicable, OEM training, safety tickets, and relevant permits). Final verification is always completed by the employer as part of onboarding.
Can you help with relocation hires?
Yes. If you’re open to candidates relocating, we’ll expand the search and target technicians who are actively looking for a move. We’ll also pre-screen for motivation, timeline, and practical relocation considerations.
How do you find techs if they’re not applying?

Do you recruit for dispatch and support roles too?
Yes. Dispatchers, service coordinators, warranty/admin support, and operations roles can make or break a service department. If your techs are strong but the wheels are coming off behind the scenes, we can help.
How do your fees work?
