- Red Seal Mechanics: $39.00/hour
- Apprentices: Starting at $27.75/hour and up (based on experience and certifications)

About the Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced Truck and Trailer Mechanics and Apprentices to join a growing maintenance team responsible for a modern fleet of trucks, trailers, and reefer units. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and skilled in diagnosing and repairing commercial transport systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, and reefer units.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Manage parts inventory and complete repair documentation accurately.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections as required.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Assets
- Experience required with commercial truck systems — chassis, frame, cab, body, engines, drive train, air brakes, steering, and fuel systems.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Red Seal Journeyperson Certification (asset).
- Reefer unit experience (asset).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
