Are you a seasoned Senior Service Advisor or Shop Manager ready to take the lead at a high-end independent automotive repair shop? We’re a premium 6-bay shop in Toronto looking for a hands-on Shop Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations, support our team of experienced technicians, and help drive the business forward.
About the Role:
As our new Shop Manager / Service Advisor, you’ll wear multiple hats—overseeing the shop floor, managing inventory, handling customer interactions, scheduling jobs, and streamlining operations. You’ll be the go-to leader for our close-knit team and a key contributor to the shop’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage daily shop workflow and technician schedules
- Act as the main point of contact for customers—providing exceptional service and building trust
- Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Track work orders, invoicing, and ensure timely service delivery
- Identify growth opportunities and help implement strategies to improve shop performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year
- Commission structure based on shop profitability

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Shop Manager
- Experience in independent shops is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier service
- Ability to motivate and support a team of mechanics
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and parts sourcing
