Residential HVAC Technician

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on fan coil and heat pump HVAC systems in residential properties, including condominiums, rental apartments, and senior living centers
  • Prepare equipment and tools at the warehouse for installation
  • Remove existing HVAC units and prepare installation areas
  • Adhere to the installation schedule set by the Operations Manager
  • Complete maintenance and repair service calls
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
  • Relevant certifications required
  • EPA Certification is mandatory
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, as you’ll be working in customers’ homes
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting abilities
  • Must be self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Hours and Location:

  • Daily materials preparation at our office in Jefferson Park, Chicago
  • Job sites located across the Chicagoland area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40–45 hours per week
