What Will You Do?

- Provide professional HVAC equipment and accessory services, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Safely complete new installations and educate customers on proper care and maintenance.

What Do You Bring?
- A growth mindset – we’re looking for dependable, ambitious individuals eager to grow with us.
- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- A Gas Technician II license.
- A certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
- A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
- A valid Class G Driver’s License.
- 3 – 5 years of field experience in servicing Water Heaters & HVAC equipment (preferred).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required.
- Physical capability to handle occasional lifting (up to 15 kg), bending, squatting, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, including electronics and electricity.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to wear the company-provided uniform.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and neat company vehicle.
