Production Supervisor
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee and coordinate operations in a uniform production facility in Reading, PA.
In this role, you will ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets established targets. You will be responsible for managing all shop floor activities, scheduling work, and overseeing work-in-progress while collaborating closely with the Sewing Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction, accurate customization, and on-time delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet KPIs and output targets
– Work hands-on alongside production associates to support daily goals
– Schedule and manage workflow for 2nd shift employees
– Monitor production processes and make real-time adjustments for efficiency
– Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the production floor
– Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance and coordinate repairs
– Manage quality control processes to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction
– Supervise embroidery file execution to ensure correct logos and specifications
– Coordinate with Sewing Supervisor on customization, alterations, and order completion
– Move across various production areas as needed to support operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– We are looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
– Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software
– If you have previous experience working on the production floor, this position is for you
– Working knowledge of sewing and embroidery is an asset
COMPENSATION:
– $27.00/hour
