What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be a key part of a team that cares—about each other, about our customers, and about doing the job right the first time.
  • Deliver expert residential plumbing services with professionalism and pride.
  • Show up courteously and professionally to every customer interaction—your attitude matters.
  • Diagnose problems on-site, estimate repairs accurately, and communicate clearly with homeowners.
  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential buildings.
  • Prioritize your work to meet daily deadlines and service commitments.
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations—no exceptions.
  • Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their plumbing systems.
  • Confidently explain the value of the services and solutions you provide.
  • Support your team with other tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

  • A valid Journeyperson Plumbing License.
  • Domestic Gasfitter B ticket is a strong asset.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • The physical ability to handle all aspects of the job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural problem-solver who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
