We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, and a passion for delivering top-quality service. This role involves working with both residential and commercial plumbing systems and requires adherence to local codes and regulations. The Plumber will ensure that all plumbing tasks are completed efficiently and professionally, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated experience in sales.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing system layouts.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting to move equipment and materials as needed.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide practical, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including HVAC technicians, to complete projects seamlessly.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to comprehend complex systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing-related equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks.
