We’re looking for a strong Parts Manager who knows the business, knows how to lead people, and knows how to run a clean, profitable department. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll be in the mix — helping customers, supporting techs, managing inventory, and driving the numbers. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Run the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Lead, train, and hold your team accountable
- Keep inventory tight — no dead stock, no chaos
- Work with service to keep jobs moving
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Watch margins, control expenses, and grow gross profit
- Step in at the counter when needed — lead from the front

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running a parts department
- Strong background in equipment, ag, heavy truck, automotive, or similar parts environment
- Knows inventory systems and is comfortable on a computer
- Solid leadership skills — fair, firm, and respected
- Problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what to fix
Pay & Incentives
- $68,000–$75,000 base salary (based on experience)
- Performance bonus based on net profit
