We’re looking for a solid Parts Counter person who knows their way around equipment and understands how important it is to get customers back up and running fast. Ag experience is great — but any strong parts background counts. If you’ve worked in heavy equipment, automotive, truck, powersports, industrial, or farm equipment parts, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help customers and techs find the right parts — quickly and accurately
- Look up and identify correct part numbers using catalogs and computer systems
- Handle stocking, ordering, inventory control, and cashier duties
- Keep the parts area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Answer incoming calls and get people where they need to go
- Solve problems on the spot and follow up when needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the day
- This is a hands-on job. You’ll be bending, reaching, moving parts, and staying busy.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of parts experience (any industry — ag, heavy equipment, automotive, truck, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver’s license
- Comfortable using a computer to look up parts and process orders
- Good with people — clear communication, no ego
- Self-starter who can think on their feet
