We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Specialist to join our team and work alongside our tradespeople in the manufacturing of Hydro Vac Trucks and custom heavy equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team producing specialized machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to interpret and execute complicated drawings, sketches, layout boards, and verbal instructions.
- Install, assemble, and repair major and minor sub-assemblies on various vehicles and rigs.
- Ensure components meet required quality and performance standards.
- Assist less experienced personnel in developing work methods, habits, and overall performance.
- Perform other tasks related to the mechanical specialist role as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed tradesman in the Province of Alberta.
- Complete set of tools necessary for all phases of assembly.
- Safety training is an asset but can be provided if needed.
