Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging employees in safety practices
  • Recruiting, training, and leading a skilled maintenance team for equipment and plant operations
  • Collaborating with teams to identify process improvements, document best practices, and develop maintenance systems
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance programs, monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and making informed decisions
  • Leading significant repair, rebuild, and installation projects while evaluating capital expenditure feasibility
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other managers
  • Developing and monitoring the maintenance department’s budget and business plan
  • Providing accurate reporting and recordkeeping



What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A college degree or relevant experience (preferred but not required)
  • At least 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or construction environment
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and the ability to implement programs to ensure compliance
  • Proven management experience with the ability to train and lead a team
  • Strong financial and analytical skills for decision-making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools
  • A valid driver’s license
