Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving safety and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging employees in safety practices
- Recruiting, training, and leading a skilled maintenance team for equipment and plant operations
- Collaborating with teams to identify process improvements, document best practices, and develop maintenance systems
- Overseeing preventive maintenance programs, monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and making informed decisions
- Leading significant repair, rebuild, and installation projects while evaluating capital expenditure feasibility
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other managers
- Developing and monitoring the maintenance department’s budget and business plan
- Providing accurate reporting and recordkeeping
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A college degree or relevant experience (preferred but not required)
- At least 10 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or construction environment
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and the ability to implement programs to ensure compliance
- Proven management experience with the ability to train and lead a team
- Strong financial and analytical skills for decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools
- A valid driver’s license
