Maintenance Administrators will be responsible for opening, organizing, scheduling, and closing all work orders for the service and repair of heavy equipment and company service vehicles. Specifically, your duties can include but are not limited to:
– planning and coordination of labour, parts and material, and equipment access
– ensuring all maintenance programs are current and meet legislative requirements
– analyzes maintenance and life cycle costs to prepare reports for management
– communicate with technicians and management to coordinate preventative maintenance
activities
– review contracts for accuracy
– other related duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– 5 years previous experience in heavy equipment or truck maintenance/repair coordination and/or other relevant work experience
– Strong computer and organizational skills
Shifts:
Days, Monday – Friday.
COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS:
· $65,000 – $75,000/year
