Hydraulic specialist
Job Title: Hydraulic Specialist | Calgary, AB
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-Hour Shifts | Day Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Work independently on complex hydraulic diagrams, schematics, and verbal instructions to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
- Install, assemble, and repair hydraulic motors, drives, pumps, and related components on vehicles or rigs.
- Assist in the testing and hosing of hydraulic components.
- Provide hydraulic expertise to service reps and assist Field Service with field repairs when needed.
- Guide and mentor less experienced team members in work methods and performance.
- Perform additional tasks as required related to the hydraulic field.
Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized training facility or proven ability to meet the job requirements.
- Preference for Journeyman Millwright or Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician.
- Strong experience in building, servicing, and troubleshooting complex mobile hydraulic equipment.
- Must own a complete set of tools necessary for mechanical and hydraulic assembly.
- Safety training is an asset, but will be provided if needed.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, day shift position.
- Standard shift is Monday-Thursday with 10-hour workdays.
