We’re looking for driven, motivated, and career-focused HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join a growing team. You’ll play a key role delivering top-quality installations, servicing, and repairs in residential homes — all while creating an outstanding customer experience.

You bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC experience (furnaces, A/C – central and ductless, gas boilers, tank/tankless water heaters)
  • Gas Fitter 2 License
  • Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or Red Seal)
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Clear criminal background
  • Strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and proven performance in past roles
  • Ability to generate HVAC leads and enroll customers in protection plans
  • Comfortable working from heights and on ladders
  • A team mindset with a positive attitude and sense of accountability
