What Do You Bring?
We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset – dependable, driven, and eager to grow alongside the team! You will also bring:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Gas Technician II license.
- Certification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
- Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
- Class G Driver’s License.
- 3-5 years of field experience in servicing Water Heaters & HVAC equipment (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call duties as needed.
- The physical capability to perform the tasks required of this role, including occasional lifting, bending, and working in diverse environments (dusty, slippery, hot, cold).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- An eagerness to understand new technologies, including electronics and electricity.
- Punctuality and dependability are key to success in this role.
- A willingness to wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
