HVAC Technician
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, high-impact Facilities Technician who’s ready to take ownership of everything from HVAC systems to electrical and plumbing. If you’re the type who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and knows how to keep things running like a well-oiled machine—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Rockin’:
- Tackling preventive maintenance and fast-response repair work across mechanical, electrical, and other facility systems.
- Running the show on HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, production gear, and building systems—inside, outside, and everything in between.
- Learning and mastering building automation systems, fire/life safety setups, and other mission-critical infrastructure.
- Conducting facility inspections and due diligence walkthroughs—flagging any issues that could disrupt client operations or comfort.
- Rolling up your sleeves for anything else that needs doing—we value flexibility and initiative.
What You Bring to the Stage:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree? Even better.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification—no exceptions.
- 4+ years of solid building engineering experience, with proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
- A deep understanding of how systems work together to keep things running 24/7.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Two years of trade school or an apprenticeship under your belt in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar.
- A hunger to learn, lead, and level up.
Physical Requirements (Because This Gig Is No Desk Job):
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight or extreme environments (hot/cold).
- Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and overhead work.
- Driving long distances when needed.
- Climbing ladders (up to 30 ft) while carrying a 20 lb tool bag—total load limit 300 lbs.
