What You’ll Be Rockin’:

  • Tackling preventive maintenance and fast-response repair work across mechanical, electrical, and other facility systems.

  • Learning and mastering building automation systems, fire/life safety setups, and other mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Conducting facility inspections and due diligence walkthroughs—flagging any issues that could disrupt client operations or comfort.
  • Rolling up your sleeves for anything else that needs doing—we value flexibility and initiative.

What You Bring to the Stage:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree? Even better.
  • Universal EPA/CFC certification—no exceptions.
  • 4+ years of solid building engineering experience, with proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
  • A deep understanding of how systems work together to keep things running 24/7.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Two years of trade school or an apprenticeship under your belt in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar.
  • A hunger to learn, lead, and level up.

Physical Requirements (Because This Gig Is No Desk Job):

  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in tight or extreme environments (hot/cold).
  • Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and overhead work.
  • Driving long distances when needed.
  • Climbing ladders (up to 30 ft) while carrying a 20 lb tool bag—total load limit 300 lbs.
