What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and supervise HVAC Field Technicians
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve peak productivity and deliver exceptional results
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction and high-quality service
  • Implement and monitor procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Guide field technicians to ensure accurate service and maintenance calls, data entry, phone set-up, and information transfer
  • Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards, procedures, and regulations
  • Build strong relationships and foster a supportive, team-driven company culture
  • Perform other duties as needed to support company goals

  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions and provide clear, effective communication
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to explain technical information to clients in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Comfortable with software tools related to time tracking, customer billing, and credit card processing
  • Proven track record of attracting, hiring, training, and retaining HVAC field technicians (previous supervisory experience preferred)
  • Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses, as required by local and state regulations
  • Prior HVAC installation experience is a plus
  • Safety-Sensitive Position: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required
