What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise HVAC Field Technicians
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members
- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve peak productivity and deliver exceptional results
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction and high-quality service
- Implement and monitor procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Guide field technicians to ensure accurate service and maintenance calls, data entry, phone set-up, and information transfer
- Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards, procedures, and regulations
- Build strong relationships and foster a supportive, team-driven company culture
- Perform other duties as needed to support company goals

- Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and provide clear, effective communication
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to explain technical information to clients in an easy-to-understand manner
- Comfortable with software tools related to time tracking, customer billing, and credit card processing
- Proven track record of attracting, hiring, training, and retaining HVAC field technicians (previous supervisory experience preferred)
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses, as required by local and state regulations
- Prior HVAC installation experience is a plus
- Safety-Sensitive Position: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required
