The primary role of the HVAC Home Comfort Advisor is advise, promote, and sell company products and services to new and existing residential customers. Specifically, your duties will include but is not limited to:

  • Initiate contact with potential customers and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and comprehensive solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored HVAC/Plumbing solutions to meet their needs and budget
  • Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests to help generate referrals and increase customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on the scope of work, equipment requirements, and labor costs
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Other related duties

Job Qualifications:

– At least three (3) years proven residential HVAC/Plumbing sales experience

– Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and foster a positive relationship with customers

– Proficient using computer office programs, CRMs, and various sales tools

– Valid driver’s license with clean MVOR

– Ability to pass a criminal background check

SHIFT: Days, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday).
