As the Trainer, you will oversee the rollout of technical training initiatives across the province for generator technicians with a focus on enhancing technical expertise, promoting continuous learning, and supporting the ongoing growth of technician performance and skills. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

·      Delivering interactive training sessions for employees

·      Providing technicians with ongoing support and coaching

·      Managing training logistics (i.e. scheduling, room setup, technology requirements)

·      Working closely with the Training Team and Support Call Center

·      Evaluating effectiveness of training through feedback and assessments and making adjustments accordingly

GENERATOR TRAINER JOB REQUIREMENTS

·      Bilingual French/English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)

·      DEP Diploma in relevant field

·      Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and combustion engines.

·      Comfortable with public speaking

·      Ability to travel and work overtime as required

WORKING SCHEDULE: Days, Monday -Friday
