Job Opportunity: Supervisor – 310T Truck & Coach Technicians

We are a trusted leader in the transportation industry, specializing in Cummins engines, BAE systems, Schwarze sweepers, and Rosenbauer fire trucks. We are currently seeking a Supervisor – 310T Truck & Coach Technicians to lead our skilled team in delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team, ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Your role will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 310T Technicians to ensure efficient operations and quality repairs.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance, including:
  • Routine PM services and MTO inspections using drive-on tablets.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues with advanced diagnostic tools.
  • High-quality repairs and component replacements.
  • Oversee work orders to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and create a safe, organized workspace.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote growth and excellence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and repair best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certification: Certified Truck and Coach Technician (310T) or equivalent.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of bus applications, Cummins engines, and advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Team-Oriented Attitude: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience: Dealership or fleet repair background preferred. Apprentices Level 2 or above are encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence.



Schedule

  • Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
