Join Our Rockstar Team – 310T Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic
Competitive Pay + Shift Premium:
We offer an attractive base pay, based on your experience, with an additional $1.25 per hour shift premium. Our shifts are Monday – Friday, rotating between days and afternoons every two weeks, with NO weekends!
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Afternoons: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

310T Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and testing to diagnose and determine necessary repairs
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical system failures, repair engine issues, replace parts as needed
- Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
- Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality
- Communicate with service advisors and dispatchers if additional work is needed
- Assist in writing work orders, conducting test rides, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
310T Diesel Mechanic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Provincial License (such as Red Seal/310T), in good standing
- Specialized training and experience in troubleshooting major components (engines, transmissions, etc.)
- Preferred: OEM training courses
