What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making sure vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and ready to roll
- Using the latest shop technology and tools to perform diagnostics and track repairs
- Doing preventative maintenance: tire rotations, fluid changes, lubrication, electrical and cooling system work
- Learning new skills directly from experienced techs and supervisors
- Helping with other shop projects and tasks as needed

What You Bring to the Team:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; tech or trade school training is a plus
- Basic mechanical skills and ideally 1–2 years of experience in vehicle or diesel repair
- A valid driver’s license
- A problem-solving mindset and confidence using tools
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work well with a team and outdoors when needed
- Familiarity with computers or diagnostic software
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and shop protocols
The Must-Knows:
- You’ll need to pass a background check, drug screening, and a DOT physical (if required for the role)
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including potential weekends or evenings
- Some travel may be required for training
- Must meet safety standards, including use of proper PPE, equipment, and shop tools
- This is a physically active job: you’ll need to move, lift (up to 50–100 lbs), climb, and work in various weather conditions
- Because the role involves driving company and customer vehicles, a clean driving record is required
