Diesel Mechanic
We’re looking for a motivated and team-oriented Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to mentor and assist other team members, contributing to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. This role will involve performing major mechanical repairs on company vehicles with minimal supervision to ensure peak performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform major mechanical repairs on company vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate and work effectively with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise and providing support as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- 2-7+ years of hands-on experience in the diesel industry.
- Strong diagnostic and testing skills, particularly with drive train, chassis, brakes, and suspension.
- Experience with air conditioning systems (Reddot knowledge is a plus).
- Expertise in Cummins and International engines.
- Transmission knowledge and diagnostics (Allison & Voith experience preferred).
- Strong electrical diagnostic skills, including I/O Systems, 12V & 24V systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and air brake systems.
- Welding and fabricating experience is a plus.
- CDL driver’s license is a plus.
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
- Must have own tools.
- Willingness to be on call 2-3 nights per week and work a flexible schedule.

- Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour (Based on experience)
