  • Experienced (2+ years preferred) with heavy equipment repairs
  • CDL? Even better, but not required

What You’ll Do:

As our go-to Diesel Mechanic, you’ll:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of construction equipment — from pavers and excavators to backhoes and skid steers
  • Maintain and manage service schedules and shop inventory
  • Perform both on-site and remote/emergency repairs
  • Keep your tools, truck, and shop space clean, organized, and safe
  • Use everything from hand tools and air tools to welders and diagnostic equipment
  • Follow safety protocols to the letter — no shortcuts

Expect physical activity (lifting up to 60 lbs) and working in all kinds of weather. Grit and stamina are key.

Extra Credit If You Have:

  • Welding experience (MIG, TIG, stick)
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Paving or excavation background
  • Your own tools (tool allowance provided!)
  • A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)

Details You Should Know:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend work as needed (hello, overtime!)
  • Location: Shop-based with company transportation to job sites
  • Travel: Occasional overnights may be required
  • Uniforms & PPE: Clean, professional gear provided and required
  • Work Hours: Minimum of 40 hours/week
